Pricing structure

At Supporting Australian Independence Group our prices are inline with the NDIS price guide. The Service Provider offers a range of service types that can be used singly or in a range of combinations to suit the client. Services provided to the client will be in accordance with the support items approved for in the client’s NDIS care plan. Please note that our prices will increase in line with NDIS maximums.

Short Notice Cancellations are claimed for the full fee.

A cancellation is a short notice cancellation if the participant:

  • Does not show up for a scheduled support within a reasonable time, or is not present at the agreed place and within a reasonable time when the provider is travelling to deliver the support; or
  • Has given less than 24 hours notice for a support that meets both of the following conditions:
    • The support is less than 8 hours continuous duration; AND
    • The agreed total price for the support is less than $1000

In the instance the participant cancelled the support session without giving more than 24 hours notice the provider is entitled to 100% of the session up to $500

Clients are advised to give two days notice for a cancellation if they want to avoid paying the full fee for the cancelled service
